The Millar Institute
Hi, I'm Heather E. Millar, founder of the Millar Institute (https://www.millarinstitute.org/), and an adjunct professor and researcher with a Ph.D. in public policy. After years in higher education and nonprofit leadership, I built this guide to help everyday citizens learn how to influence policy effectively. You have more power than you realize!
